new here with cold
Hi, I am new here. I am currently suffering from my third head cold since October. I am 56 years old and never am one to to get sick. I have taken so many natural remedies that are not helping. At the first sign I started on zicam, echinachea,astragalus, vitamin C, elderberry tablets, and zinc lozenges. I am tired of being sick. I have four toddler Grandchildren to care for daily. I appreciate any help at all. thank you
