Taking multiple remedies

Hi Folks.

I'm currently taking Ruta Gravleons and CalPhos three times per day and at this time, I'm taking them at the same time. I'm wondering if there is any advantage to taking these remedies separately, or if they are just as effective taking them at the same time. Thanks!

Shocked!!

this seems like such a basic Homeopathy question... can multiple remedies such as calphos and ruta be taken at the same time (all the pellets under my tongue at once)? I'm very eager to get a reply or two on this one since I hear conflicting stories from so many people. Thanks!!

Multiple Remedies

You can take multiple remedies. One will not affected the other. Wait 10 minutes between taking each remedy.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply but if the remedies will not affect each other, why do I have to wait 10 minutes?

And... are you saying that supplements that contain multiple remedies would be even more effective if one took all the remedies in the mixture one at a time with 10 minutes between?

10 minute wait time is a recommendation. The remedies will work the same if you take one after another. The 10 minute wait is suggested if you are worried about one remedy affecting the other. 10 minutes should give ample time for the first remedy to enter your system before the second remedy. I always take homeopathic remedies together and I have never had an issue. I do wait 20 to 30 minutes after eating. I let the first remedy dissolve in my mouth before taking another remedy. I also drink water after taking each remedy.

As far as combination remedies, most homeopaths recommend single remedies. They usually frown upon combination remedies. I think you have the correct path with the single remedies.
