i am wheazing!!!!
I quit smoking two years ago. Recently I have started to experience heavy breathing and specially when its cold I can hear and after breathe music. I contacted my local physician who first tried me on some antibiotics that would relieve me temporarily, so he wants me to take this PFT ( pulmonary something something test) and than he would recommend me some pump, I don't want to live dependent on some pump for rest of my life. I am 35 years old and pretty healthy in all aspects of my life. Please suggest me some homeopathic remedies and if possible email me at tehsin.khan@gmail.com

The homeopathic remedy that will help you is Nux Vomica . It is frequently used to help people with respiratory problems due to smoking. Try this remedy in the 6X potency.

I have one more question, 2 months ago while working on my vehcle my arm slipped and my elbow struck hard on to the rear differential of my vehicle, for three four days my right arm was totally un useable, i took everything possible even got X rayed. Doctors said it is just a bruise and it will go away, it has been over two months now and i still have pain in my elbow. i have hard time lifting weights and if something hits on my hurting spot, i am useless for hours. please help

If your doctor said that this is just a bruise. Arnica would be my recommendation. It helps people with bruising. You can use either the pill form in a 6X or an ointment form. Use whichever one that you prefer.

Keep taking the medicine for at least the next week or two. You need to let your body heal completely before you stop taking the medicine.

one more issue!
I dont know why but I have this strange skin allergy, started recently. I think it is because of wearing nylon underwears..My skin underneath starts to peel and itch. Please suggest some remedy.
