Really Need adive Suffering With Severe Acne Vulgaris
Let me start with my past of this disease.
I am 22 yr old and have Acne vulgaris, since i was 16. So, roughly its been 6 years and its still there. I have been on Acutane off/on for like 2 years and have taken lot of antibiotics and steroids for this. ( Beyond anyone can imagine). But my acne is so severe that they relapse after 3 months again. Its on my chest/face/back/armpits/hips. After taking all the allopathic medicines, now I have switched to Homeopathic treatment. And, I started taking Berberis Aquifolium, Echinacea Angustifolia for past one week and now I am on Okubaka and some other powder prescribed by my doctor. I am also taking Vitamin E and Antioxidant Capsules twice a day. And avoiding any animal protein. So, now I am here asking all you experts for your advice to help me focus on right treatment because 6 years with this disease is really depressing me with scars. Please any expert help will be appreciative. |

I am here to ask some experts to guide me on the right track because I don't want to be misguided again like alopathic Dr's have done and resulted in scars and worsening the acne. All i need is some help and suggestions. Please understand my critical situation and help me with it. Thanks and Respect. |

Thanks for the support, but I researched and asked others they told me the following:-
"Are you sure you are seeing a homeopath because Berberis (kidney and liver tonic)and Echinacea (immune system tonic) are herbal remedies not homeopathic. To prescribe a homeopathic remedy you doctor should have taken a full case history taking between 1-2 hours Okubaka is a homeopathic remedy but it is not a very well known one. I have just looked it up and I can see no indication of why it would have been prescribed for acne.It is for intoxication and poisonings, gastric problems headaches but maybe your doctor knows more." Any other suggestions???????? |
