I am losing hair

me and my brother ( i am 35 and he is 29) are losing hair on our heads. Our forehead is becoming bigger and bigger. Both of our hair are oily, we have used all kinds of oils and shampoos ( olive, mustard, coconut, u name it, sesame...etc), result is always the same. Lately we have thought of shaving the heads off and keep on shaving every other day.
I am not an idealistic person, so my request is also realistic, I know I cant get the hair that i have lost but is there a way, that I can keep the ones that I have right now? through homeopathic medicine. So far most of your prescriptions have helped me tremendously and I have become a big fan of this site. please help us,
