Pilonodal Sinus

Concurrent pilonodal sinus and i would like to have a suggestion how to have a remedy for this. Also it is painful and let me know do i have any pain killers for this.

Dear sir,

I just happened to see your message and my state now is no pus coming from the wound and the wound started to close slowly. It closes and after a few days it opens and little amount of pus comes out.

But the pain is still there and not stopped. as suggested i will take Pulsatilla and please let me know what doseage i should take.

I have ragwed allergy for past 5 years. I get red itchy eyes, I sneeze and nasal problems due to this allergy.
