I have been a computer professional with the exact same issues. Let us start with the stomach ailment. A good remedy to deal with hyperacidity is Natrum Phosphoricum. Take this 3 times a daily usually at least 10 minutes before meals. Be sure to take this especially when eating spicy and oily foods. Also make sure you drink plenty of water which will aid in digestion as well as make your homeopathy remedy more effective.

I would recommend some neuromuscular therapy for your back. Some message specialists that do neuromuscular work is what you need. They help your posture become more normal again. Also, I would recommend doing yoga on a somewhat daily basis. These tips have really help me overcome my back pain.
