psoriasis Help
Age 39, Male
I've had problems with psoriasis on the palms of my hands for over a year now, tried all the usual treatments (Steriod Ointment, Light Treatment) the light treatment sort of worked. But the problem has come back just three weeks after light treatment ended. can anyone suggest any other treatments? i've heard petroleum tablets may help, what dosage?

The single remedy Kali Bichromicum has worked well for some people with this skin disease. The remedy was used in a 30C potency.
