What can be taken for oral thrush?

My brother has severe cerebral palsy and suffers from very bad oral thrush which keeps
on reoccuring. It seems as if it spreads into his digestive tract. He has a limited diet
so his immune system isnt too good. He regularly has to take nystan and diflucan. Could anyone suggest any homeopathic treatment that can be taken in preferably a solution form?

Thanks

I take NatraBio Candida.

Sounds like he has yeast in his gut. That follows to the mouth.

The NatraBio Candida helps with the gut.
