I get Tired

I have a hectic schedule but I still try to be in Gym for an hour a day, most of the time I rise early and start my day with the Gym. But after two three days I start to feel very tired and my mind drifts off of workout. I require some medicine that would help me gain concentration. I like to run for an hour and lift weights. My mind keeps on telling me I am tired and I need to rest. I also feel weak after that. Please prescribe me something that would help me with my symptoms. Thanx!

For a single remedy treatment, i would recommend consulting a practitioner. For combination remedies, there are a lot of options out there for homeopathy.
