Anger Issues?
Is there anything that can help me anger/rage outbursts? They don't happen alot but sometimes when they do, I cannot control myself. I throw things and act like a lunny tune. I've done breathing exercises and/or time outs but sometimes they just don't help. I have 2 small children so I'm tired alot - I know that adds to it - the tiredness, I mean.
Is there anything I can take to help? Thank you for any help you can give! |

Try Alfalco Alfalfa Tonic which should give you some extra energy. Everyone gets cranky if they are tired.

This sounds like what I have suffered through all my life until just a few years ago. I'm 49. I found out I have a gluten allergy. When you read about gluten allergies you hear about celliacs (sp?) disease. They get gut pain and such. But I never had that. I get frustrated feeling and very irritable. Since I quit gluten (all things flour and sometimes ice cream), I have never felt better. I can finally control myself. I would lash out at people before I even knew I was having a "bad" day! It was embarrassing.
Try not eating flour (it's not easy at first) for a while. You have to read labels too. You would be surprised what they put wheat in. They even add it to my favorite ice cream in the world. In the ice cream it's called gluten and it makes the ice cream unbelievably creamy. Get "Gluten Free For Dummies". It will help you a lot. I don't know about the tonic the previous posted listed. I've never heard of it. I use something by Natrabio called Wheat and Grain. It calms me right down. You might try avoiding MSG too. Monosodium GLUTENamate. Good luck! |
