I used to give my kids Belladonna 200c in case of flu, but this time it's different. the fever didn't arise so quickly, the face isn't red, the throat is clean and there is a lot of dry cough. Try Nux Vomica in a 6C. Take 4 times a day. This should help with the flu like symptoms and chills.

My little girl and I both had the flu this year. And this year and last year we used a homeopathic medicine called Fluendz. This works great! All you do is spray it under the tounge. Easy to use on the kids! And they have a funny little flu animation on thier website that my little girl loved! Thats how I got her to take it...it's very cute!
