stuffy nose

Hello! i start by apologizing for my english, coz is not my mother language.

My 6 yr old doughter is having some night breathing problems. before falling asleep she cant breath normally becouse her stuffy nose and dry cough, that all disappear when she is sleeping. if she weaks up at night, she has the same problem bofere going to sleep.
she is sleeping with her mouth opened sometimes but not sweezing. the polipus are out (she was operated last year).
she olso complaining about lost of smell sense and has some allergic problem (like her father), and now she is on singulair.

and no 2 problem is that she is always transpireted , her back is always watery in the car for example ever if the temperature is normal.
