Contraceptive pills

Hi! I've got a question regarding modern contraceptive methods.
According to several sources, there is no doubt that contraceptive pills interfere with homeopathic remedies so it is not sensible to take them during homeopathic treatment.
Anyway, my question is: do you find contemporary contraceptive pills harmful for the human body or not? (I am not considering interference with homeopathic remedies now) ...or do you find it so harmful, that it could be dangerous? The reason, why I am asking this is that I haven't read or heard any definite expression of opinion of any leading homeopathic authority. Every contemporary leading homeopath admits that prolonged antibiotics, kortisone and other strong drugs cause serious decline of a health level of an individual. Is it the same situation with contraceptive pills? (and also with locally acting spermicide substances such as Benzalkonium chloride or Nonoxynol-9)??? I have never heard or read any definite opinion from the world leading homeopaths.
Do you recommend to your patients to stop using hormonal or spermicide contraception? I am a homeopathic student...
Thanks.
