please help, its urgent!

Dear doctor
I am having the following problems kindly help me soon:
1.very painful heel spur in both legs since 3 years.the pain is as if some iron nail or thicker thing has beenpierced in myheels.unfortunately i got injections of steroids in my both heels thrice,I also got treatment from physiotherapist.I also took homeopathic treatment to which my doctor prescribed me Heckla lava3x,ledum1000,for 15 days but still i have no relief.
2.I also suffer from chronic constipation since birth and now my age is 35.I cannot pass my stool easily ,I have to strain a lot due to which many times i avoid due to fear of pain and tiredness.I feel heaviness, swelling, laziness the whole day.But i still force myself to work resulting in weakness and pain in the whole body.
3.All my problems and sufferings are increased before,during and after3-4 days of my periods.My periods come early but scanty with lot of itching in my vaginal parts and sometimes I also feel flushes of heat from my ears.
4.I am also overweight having 8 kg extra weight due to which i think i suffer more from heel pain.
5.I have great craving for sweets which is harmful for my weight but sweets i think gives me relief by giving instant energy.
6.often i feel great muscular and nerve pain in my extremeties both lower and upper and also in lower back.this is since 11 years since i gave birth to my son.
It was normal delivery but could not take proper rest and care after the delivery.
7.I sweat very less and my sweat gives me feeling of burning and itching and it reacts with any kind of metal jewellery i wear which creates a certain type of allergy rashes which becomes intolerable often and i cant sleep even.
8. i get swelling on my face hands and feet early in the morning when i get up. ithink it happens when i eat rice or pulses at night.
