I feel tired all the time

Hello I feel tired all the time and I think I need some kind of vitamines. I've heard from one good friend of mine that by using something called coral water helps to regain alertnes becouse it has many minerals and so... I'm thinking about buying it. Have you heard of it? Can you help?

I have found one site where they sell it. There are a lot of information and stuff. Maby you will want to see it too. it's coralwater net

I have the same problem. I am constantly tired, even if I sleep for 12 hours! I never used to be like this. In fact, I used to be able to get away with 5-6 hours of sleep a night and feel fine. I know some of it is age, but it still doesn't seem normal. Have you had your thyroid checked? If you have hypothyroidism, you will feel sluggish and tired. I have been checked and they tell me that mine is in the low range of normal, so they won't do anything for me. I have been exercising, and that helps to give me more energy. However, I still have problems with alertness. I've never heard of coral water, but if your friend says it works, maybe you should give it a try!
