Speechless 3 1/2 years years old

Hi, My son is 3 1/2 years old. He is dignosed with ADHD. He is not able to speak yet. He says words like ma ma, pa pa, gogli sometimes but does not know who mama or papa is. We have undergone all test which are normal. Please help
