Need advise of using five phos

I have a question regarding using five phos tabs( for debility and exhaustion) for 2 year olds.

Doctor suggested to use daily(morning + night).

These are cell salts I believe. It helps the body get back into balance. Once the body is back in balance, the ailment is gone.

I asked the doctor that my 25 months olds doesn't eat and take short naps(15 minutes).
so he suggested to take these tablets.
I am guessing its multi- vitamin.
Is that true or am I wrong?
