i have heat hives from past 8 years nearly
This is an very much uncomfortable situation. it usually happens in winters when ever my cvor body temp increse i fel like 100o needles pinching me till the time i will tn broke into sweat or cooling myself by cold water or by gooing out to get cold air or turn on air condition.
it sually triggerd ny sunlight, warm day in winters, heated rooms, exercise , may be walking fast in winters.its very much untolerable hives. but in summers when i can sewat properly or it shot day it doesnt matter no hives.

so please recommed what do u sggest and how long it takes to improve as there is no solution in allopathy
