I am 32 years old female and new to this homeopathy meds i talked to a natrupathic Dr who is in LA on the phone due to my Anxiety. I am suffering from Anxiety about 9yrs now i was on Celexa at first and then on Lexapro. I never wanted to take meds i hate them therefore, i decided to stop taking Lexapro over 10 months ago. As a result i got my anxiety back. Just recently i found about Homeopathy meds and their healing. Since we don't have any homeopathic Dr in our city i found this Dr on TV and talked to her. We spent 2hrs talking about my characteristics, emotions. She finally told me that its better to start with Bach Flower Remedies first and see how they will work and then we will go to give you Homeopathy meds. Now i want to know

1. Are Bach Flower Remedies really helpful?
2. Is there any Side effects that i should know about?

I also talked to one friend who is getting done with her homeopath school and is giving meds to people overseas and she also spent 2hrs questioning me about everything. and after a week she called me and told me that i need to take Calc phos 30c.
I asked her if there is side effects that i should know about? She told me no there are no side effects to Homeopathy meds. But when i found this web site on one of its page i saw people comments that they had some side effects that scares me. Cause i have Pill Phobia too.
1. I want to know if its safe to take it? is there any side effects that i should know?
2. She told me that i should get same symptoms of anxiety while i get the Calc phos 30c then it shows that I'm getting better.

please please tell me what to do i am scared and confused. can i take both Bach Remedies and homeopath meds togheter?

Both are safe. Bach rescue remedy is very popular to deal with these type of conditions. You can take both together. There would be no harm in taking both together. Homeopathy has no side effects. However, sometimes with homeopathy the condition may become worse initially before getting better.
