Epididymitis Chronic in left testis
I have been diagnosed with Epididymitis in left testis. Completed antibiotics but the pain came back.
I have Tenderness in left testis. Pain in the spermatic cord area in lower abdomen. Urologyst checked prostate and is OK, also urinalysis with culture came negative , had several ultrasound of both testicles and shows no abnormal. Pain radiates to the lower abdomen, testis is not that painful. More pain in the lower part of the abdomen (groin) where the spermatic cord passes. PLEASE HELP ASAP.
