Stage Fright
Hi. I have stage fright every time am required to play piano before an audience. I fear committing a mistake & will not be able to continue & finish the song. My hands would be so cold & my knees sometimes shake. I feel I wanna run away. How do I get rid of the fear that tends to ruin my performance. What is the best homeopathic medicine to take? What is the recommended dosage & how many hours before performance should I take it? Bottom line is I need to take something that will get rid of the FEAR. Thanks.
