Stool disorder to me baby

Dear Sir,
My child is 1 year old, he is suffering from stool disorder problem from last one month. Previously he also suffer from same problem but as per symptom local doctor some time prescribed Nux Vom-30 or Aloe soc-30 and it worked as a magic. But this time symptoms was liquied, greenish in color with foam and frequency was 7 times a day, interesting symptom is first stool at morning is like a normal stool, local doctor prescribed Aloe Sco-30 but this time it is not working then doctor suggested for stool test, here is the report for-
Color: Greenish Brown
Consistancy: Liquid
Mucus: Present+
Blood: Nil
Reaction: Acidic
PH: 6.4
PUS cells: 2-3/HPF
Vegetable cell: Present
Strach: Nil
Fat Droplets: Nil
Muscle fibre: Nil
RBC: Nil
CYST: Not found
OVA: not found
Parasites: not found
Bacteria: (++)

Test report of Calture for the stool says that " No grouth of pathogenic orgasm.

With above report local doctor change the medicine to Phosphorous 0/2, two dose in a day. Since one week over with this symptoms has change but frequency is same. now new symptoms is sami solid, some time brown some time normal, stool contain residue of food.

The food habit is as follow
1)Ceralac at morning (7 AM) enough quantity (first feeding of the day)
2) Suji at morning (9 AM)
3) Banana 2 pice (11 AM)
4) Rice with potato boiled and crushed (1 PM)
5) Ceralac (6 PM)

I think sufficient food has been feeded.

No abnormality in his behavior has been found. He is as active as before, no criying after meal. 2 hours sleeping at day and 10 hours at night. we have not found any disorder in his behavior.
As I stated in my original post after Stool test report medicine Aloe change to medicine Phosphorus and the state of the stool is no more LIQUID it is almost normal but color is brownis yellow and with close view it is not looking normal, some white mucus still present.

I can suggest you 'Natrum Sulph-30 6 pills 3 times a day. Give me feed back in 8 to 10 days
