Sulfur, Sublimed Sulfur, Flowers of Sulfur

I have used sublimed sulfur powder and I know it should be no more than 10% of the solution prepared for treatment. I recently saw sulfur tincture online and was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of how it should be used in solutions. Thanks in advance!
