Fore-arm muscular pain.

I lift weights on a regular basis and for a few months I am have this acute pain where I am unable to life from a certain angle. When i do bench press, i can lift my regular weight with ease, but when I am doing any kind of push down- or pull up movement I cant lift even one pound.
Please advise.

Prescribing

Sir
Have you considered that as a 200c has no material presence associated with it, that the size of the lactose pill is irrelevant. It could be the size of a house brick and it would not be any more potent, so the taking of 6 pills simultaneously is no better than taking one pill. I thought I would mention this as it is an unnecessary use of pills.

Consult any general physician, follow the doctor's advice. Don't take any risk.
