Acid reflux ,inguinal hernia ,constipation with ibs

I am suffering from these problems for a year now and have started having signs of depression as well i tried all alopathic medicines but just temporary relief and then side effects start . I tried protonix, prilosec, ranitidine but of no use . i basically prefer homeopath treatment .i am even having fibromyalgia please advice . thank you

Similarly mean time, please instead of telling the of name of diagnosis, please describe your sufferings
like

1. your bowel movement
2. appetite
3. feeling after meal
4. from how long you are suffering
5. your earlier illness
6. your family history etc etc

Thank you for your precious advice as you wanted to know about my symptoms . 1)very sluggish bowel movements and also cannot put much pressure to pass the bowels.2)appetite is good .3) hungry sensation even after meals .4)suffering for a year now.5)before had ibs with diarhea. 6)my father is diabetic.my uncle had diabetes and kidney problem.7)at night the acid comes to the mputh and burns the esophagus and keeps burning for a few days till i take some omeprazole 20 mg for a few days.basically i am a chilly person now i dont like cold weather or fan directly on me .but before i used to like fan directly on me and was warm but even then my hands and feet were ice cold during winter time. i used to drink alcohol and it used to give me relief from my ibs frequent urging to go to the bathroom. but that time i used to go to the bathroom after meals .i have to take 4 tablespoonful of lactulose every night and then after 4or 5 hrs i get a bowel movement which is loose and watery but even after that i have never get done feeling .basically i think it is the motility of the intestine that has slowed down i will leave that for u to decide . thank you once again for your precious advice . i used to take nux vomica 200 and robinia 30 every night five drops each which i am still taking .but am gonna get n.v 1m soon and start that.
