Low testosterone...please help!!!

Hi All,

I have very low testosterone levels

Total = 276 ng/dL
normal range 249-836

Free = 9.1 pg/mL
normal range= 9.3 - 26.5

TSH= 1.750 uIU/mL
normal range 0.45 - 4.5

Prolactin= 5.6 ng/mL
normal range = 4.0 - 15.2

Estradiol 23.8 pg/mL
normal range= 7.6 to 42.6

LH= 5.3 mIU/mL
normal range = 1.7 - 8.6

FSH= 3.8 mIU/mL
normal range = 1.5 - 12.4

Well, I am 27 yrs old single male, and I am an asian , my sexual drive as far as I can tell is okay, I masturbate about once a week, I do not have erections in the mornings like I used to, however, I am still able to get an erection , I feel tired and its difficult for me to loose weight usually, I am 6 feet an 1.5 inch and about 220 pounds, I get depressed easily and sometimes get anxiety as well. I have mood swings as well, and sometimes I feel like I do not care about anything and there is no point of life and all. My vitamin D is a little low as well, however, my doctor prescibed me something for it. I smoke one or two cigs a day, I do not drink anymore really, and in the past 8 months, I drank only once so far although I used to drink quite every weekend in the past.

Is there a homeopathy treatment for my problem? If so is it permanent or temporary?

My Urologist and GP doctor told me that I need to take androgel gel or testim for probably all my life, however, based on my research, I read testosterone therapy can cause infertility and I still want to have kids.

I want to try homeopathic first before and do not want to loose hope.

I would really appreciate it if one of the homeopathic doctors here can help and recommend something for me.
Also, if you recommend a homeopathic medicine, is there a special diet I need to follow.

Also, at this point, If i do not follow my urologist's recommendation by taking TRT to avoid infertility, what are the consequences of it.
