Any help for my case? *Emergency*

I was robbed and beaten on my way to school by a gang of six. I tried to fight back , but i couldnt do much. A hard strike to my nose was enough for a bump/hump to be left on the bone of my nose (bridge). It looks like an additional thin bony layer on my nose. This accident happened about a year ago. The bone has not yet fully recovered i guess , since that bump is not going away.Having taken the xrays a few months ago , nothing showed to be broken or dislocated....Can homeopathy deal with such a case? It really makes me fustrated everytime i look in the mirror...
