Chronic Headaches

I have been suffering with daily headaches in the left back of my head for over a year. It all started two months after I took a blow to the head practicing martial arts. The next day I was fine and for at least 2 months I had no symptoms at all. Then suddenly one day I woke up with a pounding headache in back left side of my head. They start within an hour of waking up up and usually last all day. Any stress triggers my headaches and my neck becomes stiff. The pain is associated between the top left side in the back of my head and down to my neck. Its always there and at times gets unbearable. I constatly have to crack my neck to relive pressure and stiffness. Even reading sets off my headaches and my back of the head becomes stiff. I got a CAT scan and a MRI done and there are no sign of any injury to my brain. I tried several medications but none seemed work. If there are any homeopathy remedies to help my daily head pain. please let me know. Thank you for your time and help.
