This an email I received from a prospect. What advise would you give to her.

I am have vaginal atrophy due to being post menopausal and going off HRT about 8 years ago. Discomfort, aching with sex & afterwards.

MD wants me on estrogen vaginal cream _ NO I say, due to cancer scare.

Do you have anything more natural, suppository or otherwise, to help someone like me?

hair thinning really badly too - MD says estrogen would help this - since I won't take estrogen, any products you
have that have successfully helped with hair thinning in menopausal women?
