Lancet Trial Revisted

I saw this recent Lancet trial that blasted homeopathy. However, further research show this trial had serious issues. Do you think these trials were purposely manipulated? Do you think the trials were just not properly done?

Lancet is a well respected medical journal. Why would they publish such a poorly done trial?

Often the trial and research is sponsored by the powerful pharma industry. There was an article in the British Medical Journal against Arnica. I had replied to that flawed trial: Replies to Trial shows that homoeopathic arnica is no better than placebo
Last year, my wife and I had given a memorandum to the British Parliament which had formed a committee to decide whether homeopathy should be financed by the British Govt.
