Dear Nausheen, all that your hair shows is that your diet is not right, as it is only the external manifestation that we see of the internal problems, how little importance is given to the food we eat these days, avoid fried spicy refined foods. take plenty of vegetables salads fruits, this will clense the system internally & giving the radiance your hair lacks. yes some medicines taken internally will also help, they are (1) PHOSPHORUS 200 (2) ARS ALB 200 take 4 pills from both these medicines twice daily ie morning & evening giving an hours gap between the two...take this medication for 15 days....................you can also use a good ARNICA HAIROIL massage to your scalp thrice every week. exercise daily and do SHIRS ASSAN a yogic posture which resembles a HEAD STAND. do it under some expert supervision.
